Dogshow Riga (Latvia) Diabolo
Menthe Du Gue De L'Adour – champions - Výborný 2. Already on Thursday, we went with my friend to Riga in Latvia. We arrived there on Friday afternoon, we drove almost without a break. After 16 hours of driving, we stayed in the hotel, less than a mile from the fairgrounds. Because in Riga was accurate assessment schedules, we knew that our time for show is on half past one afternoon so we slept till eight o'clock morning. To the show brought us my friend Olga and her husband. The show was very well organized, the whole hall was covered with artificial grass. It was really interesting for us and our dogs, but fortunately they did not mind it so much. Maybe Diabolo was little embarrassed and he didn't presented himself as usual and it probably cost him the first place and took second place in a hard competition in champion class. Young, only eleven months old, Gold Bohemia Platina Mastery York had her premiere, beautifully exhibited and got Excellent 4th. We took it as training for her show career start :o) The absolute winner became De Luxe Bohemia Platina. In class where she competed was registered 6 beautiful champion females. My De Luxe not only won the class, but gradually defeated rivals for the CAC (in Latvia is given only one CAC for all classes), then the CACIB and also in the final competitions she won her fourth BOB in this year. She became the "Latvia Winner 2011" and new Latvian Champion. In the BIS competitions she became IV. BOG. The show ended quite late, I had to put in curlers all yorkshires, feed them and prepare for the long ride to home. With friends living in Riga we visited to a dinner at a wonderful restaurant. Next weekend expects me a flight to Moscow and 2 Eurasia, my friend Olga and trips to Moscow - I'm looking forward ...
